the source file I got was being really stupid, so I had to do some things I'm not proud of. However the end result is much better than I expected. Apparently lossy transformations don't really have that much affect on videos if you are going to resize it later. Hope you enjoy. There's a 7 MB (what I think all osu videos should be at or around) and 9.5 MB (bitrate 1027, same as yours) file.

In general, I think a 1.5 spacing for the jumps would be a lot more manageable. Or just make them harder and make the beginning easier.
