You know in Beasttroll's skin he has that little noel image floating underneath his scorebar?

Can anyone explain how the image floats so smoothly? Does it have multiple frames for it too look so smooth?

The animation is part of their scorebar-colour file. Most likely he used an image editing software for editing the animation.

Just like Nathanael explained. About the image itself, it has a lot of frames and the move from frame to frame is very subtle, making the animation smooth.
