Clocks on Atoms vary from 800 MHz to 2.13 GHz.
Most are at least able to run it, how smoothly is another question.
the ~2GHz ones probably run it smooth enough to be playable.
These models however don't meet the minimum requirements:
Atom Z500, Z600, Z610, Z612, Z620, E620, E620T, E625C & E625CT.
Atom rates vary, but for me, with a 1.6ghz cpu, onboard graphics and a GB of RAM it runs touhou fine.oddysea682 wrote:

Also I started playing Koumajou Densetsu II. It's a fun game but it is extremely hard even on normal. The character drawing is freaking badass too.
