Hi so I'm making my first skin and I just want to know if there is way to make miss / 0 hitburst that doesn't fall? I tried to make it animated but since I'm using only Paint.net it's really time consuming. Big thanks for any help.

duplicate the miss hitbrst once and rename them to hit0-0 and hit0-1
if you have @2x elemnts, rename them to ht0-0@2x and hit0-1@2x
if you have @2x elemnts, rename them to ht0-0@2x and hit0-1@2x
