00:21:753 (1,2,1) - I would make these flow in a straight line, the jump from 2 to 1 is kind of uncomfortable. You could ctrl-G 00:21:753 (1,2) - If anything that makes it even more uncomfortable. 00:21:753 (1,2) is supposed to be a repetition of 00:21:351 (1,2) and 00:22:155 (1) is placed out of the way for emphasis since it's at the top of the scale.

Renaming diff to Bonus Insane because it doesn't really fit with the rest of the spread, and was built to be a challenge diff rather than part of the difficulty progression. Keeping it as Insane seems kinda misleading when considering the rule "Diff names should accurately indicate level of difficulty".

00:00:052 (1,2,3,4,1) - Improve the flow I intend this to be a line as there is only 1 sound in the song, i reflect this by mapping in a very 1 dimensional style, as soon as there are more sounds introduced i start mapping without the line. that's what i was going for.
00:35:818 (1,2,1) - Make a triangle here maybe The last 1 of this section has a very strong sound i don't think that making it a triangle is a good idea.
