Bueno debido a que no se hizo un top 15 el año pasado tuve la idea de hacer el top de este año, por un lado para no perder la tradicion (2013 - 2014 - 2015) y por otro para que la comunidad pueda decidir y reconocer a los mejores jugadores del año (esta es la primera vez que se usa este formato para elejir al top 15)
