2. Artworks submitted must be free of any and all memes. Please keep your artwork as serious and as relevant to the theme as possible.
3. Any elements of NSFW are not allowed in artworks.
4. Only FULLY DRAWN ARTWORKS are accepted. Simple edited pictures will be rejected without notice.
5. Avoid using any and all anime characters in your artwork. However, OC's and osu! mascots are allowed.
6. Ensure that your artwork is relevant to the theme: Spring (Season).
7. Do not place any kind of signature in your artwork. This is to ensure voters are not biased and will not vote solely for their favourite artists.
