I can't extract 2008-02 and 2008-03 in linux even when using 7-zip.
Also, Mega seems to have a download quota for each IP, and I can only download from 2007-10 to 2008-08 only.
Can you remake the rar for 2008-02 and 2008-03?
Also, are there any solutions for the Mega bandwidth limit?

I can't help with problems on Linux. I will reupload those packs on Mega eventually.
Regarding Mega and all of its downsides, I have answered part of it in the faq. There might be ways of getting around it.
I'll think of using something else to upload the packs. Torrenting the packs every month would be complicated since I'll have to fix mistakes and I would have to constantly create new torrents. Possible solutions are using a better cloud service or getting a server but those aren't free.

Updates :
November 2017 packs have been added.
The way I'm doing this currently isn't the best way. Mega has had a few downsides that people have been complaining about. Torrenting is a good alternative but the packs have to be perfect before being shared and errors happen like missing beatmaps, maps being deranked (only happened once so far) and so on.
I am considering using another service which would allow me to have enough space to have all the packs on and modify and update packs when needed. However this won't be free so if you guys want to, I could start taking donations to pay for it. I'll have to confirm with the staff if it's okay to do that here though.
I'll add that on the OP/FAQ.

Man all i can say is thank you for heading such a massive project, i recently had to reinstall osu and having such a excellent resource for all the ranked beat maps removed from the website or not was pure gold.

The last 2017 packs have been uploaded. The torrents will be made after a complete check up. I can't give an exact date yet.

I'm also running a full ranked beatmaps since middle 2016.
Maps from 2015 or older are all from Elessey source.
I'm using OneDrive (you don't get speed or bandwidth limit, all you MAY need is a Microsoft account).
All of my maps are already extracted to folder (no longer *.osz), and had their modification and created date modified. (Quite accurate, all maps within the same X year will have date: 12/31/X, and maps from 2017 or newer are accurate to their month got ranked.) Which is good for people searching with By Date Added sort to search new, or old style maps (though you can only check Today, Yesterday, Last Week, 1-5 month(s) ago).
Just extract the .rar directly to osu!'s Songs folder when the game is running, wait for it to finish and F5.

About regular update, I usually released monthly packs at day 10-15 (due to my old trashy laptop, and I'm busy studying for university entrance exam).
At the moment: My drive contains full ranked (till 11-2017) and loved maps (till 11-27-2017).

However, there are many standard maps missing from December 2017, for example The Anonymous (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/543660), YoiYoi Kokon (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/545737), Daidai Genome (https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/700726#osu/1483372), etc.

Yes, there are like 600mb of missing maps in dec 2017

Use the Torrent links and just download them all at the same time, after they are downloaded then just extract all the compressed packages (can't remember if they are zip or rar), and search for ".osz" without the quotes, select all with ctrl+a and drag/drop them into the osu window <3

This was an incredible help to me so i could fill in all the stuff i dont have an i found alot of amazing songs i didnt even think to look for good work! i look forward to the torrent for 2017! since megaupload is absolute cancer. Also this put me around 60588 Beatmaps whats everyone else at
