Problem Details:

i had tried to edit the map , and i had changed the timing , but the map changed to unranked,help me please

Scroll speed can be changed by pressing F3 and F4 at the beginning of the map. This does not change the actual speed of the song, just how fast the notes scroll.

Any local changes to a map through the editor will cause it to be unranked. There isn't a way around this.
