First. insert the "@2x" suffix into your skin folder name.
Then go into your skin folder and delete EVERY SD element.
Remove the @2x prefix from your HD skin elements.
And you are done. It will still work on HD resolutions as if they were untouched, however because this is a hack, it will look blocky on SD resolutions.
