I scrolled around looking for 4/1 and 8/1 breaks, and there were none, none until after the kiai 01:14:649 (49,50) - here. Your patterns in this Kantan are too continuous and long. You will have to make shorter strings of 2/1 and 1/1, do this by removing notes wherever you can.
But, since after 00:21:267 - about here there's a uniform difficulty spike, keep in mind how much you nerf after this. done
