I'm listening to the song in editor and I hear some strange "skipping" sounds throughout the song.
But yet, I listen to the mp3 in the folder and it sounds fine. I suggest finding another mp3 file.

changed the mp3 and the offset.. you were the one who found it btw o3o

you do it right but i guess you has some troubles on adding hitsounds on sliders
if you want to add hitsounds on a slider part, use mouse double click the slider part
