2. I recommend you to set ar 9.3 or less according difficulty setting guidelines.

00:05:512 (5) - form this slider looks too random, will be better if you make form of this slider similar to 00:04:806 (4).
00:09:747 (2) - put a new combo in this slider for saving hp?
00:11:512 (1) - aah, I would like to reduce this slider and put note instead of the slider's end
00:37:856 (8,9,10) - fix stack and spacing (same problem like you had here - 00:05:512 (5,6))
00:43:503 (2,3,4) - again ^
00:44:209 (5,6) - a bit unintuitive spacing here, you can just add nc on 6 and the problem will be resolved
00:45:621 (4) - you have two objects on the same tick here

00:51:621 (9) - add nc?
01:14:562 (1) - possibly offscreen
01:27:797 (2) - I will be happy if you'll map this vocal sound, just reduce 01:27:621 (1) - to red tick
01:27:974 (2) - if you reduce this slider to blue tick it will fit fast vocal better imo
