The Story for my character:

When Rukarioman entered #modhelp village noone really knew him and he was also known previously as Rukario485 by some people.
He spent his first year in the village being totally scoial inactive and not talking to almost any of the villagers. He used all his power to get better skills at CTB. He then got a slogan by a fellow friend "RUKARIOMAN, HE KICKS ASS AND CATCHES BEATS" which made him change his name into Rukarioman. Atfer one year he got a bit tired of CTB and wanted to learn some new skills because he already mastered the art of CTB. SO he tried to gather osu! skills by training everyday for hours. He became a fairly good battler.
He then also became more socially active in the village and the people soon treated him like a part of their family.
[Insert being somehow pulled to the dark side plot here]
MUHAHAHAHAHAHA

Also I'll voice act my own character uguu~
BTW I wanna have that Rukarioman kicks ass and catches beats as a catchphrase if possible.
Also my attacks should involve some CTB tricks.
Also I'll have a Nightcore army when the player fights me the last time.

Ok, great news... I got a friend, who is amazing at drawing weapons to draw some stuff for us... ;P
I'll upload the some examples when he's done! (Or he will)
I also came up with 77 weapon names, and about 7 weapon types.
I'll give out all the info when it's all done. ^_^

Extra skills
Back2Menu: Flee from battle. (All)
Flashlight: Blinds enemy. (All)
HardRock: Increases damage. (All)
AbsoluteScrolling: Allows you to go to any town you've visited before. (All)
Kiai Meteor: Calls a meteor shower to attack the enemy. (JeSsYkA)
HPDrain: Absorbs enemy's HP for own healing use. (Odaril)
CrossSlider: Slashes enemy in 2 directions, forming a deadly cross-slash. (Hyguys)
Relax: Creates a mirrored self, mirrored self attacks enemy for you for 5 rounds; giving you time to use items. No damage received. (poisonchan)
OibonAttack: Attacks enemy at a very high speed by creating a 5000BPM hitcircle, making it 100% unmissable (Dragvon, I think?)

I guess I should fill in about my role in the game.

Lawful-neutral NPC who appears at certain events. If you ask for it, I give buffs for free.
Also gives the player advice and hints. Suspicious indeed.

Non-hostile, but CAN be engaged in battle against the player, though that's really not recommended.
Taking me on means taking on 2 people at once, since Firo is my partner.

If either of us are taken down, if the remaining one isn't killed in a short time, a ressurection spell is automatically cast.

Beating us gives 2 one-of-a-kind drops.

A rosary that full revives all party-members. One-time use item.

And a signature spell: Eleison. Huge AOE that is costly due to mana consumption. Sanctifies and burns the surrounding area in an intense Kiai-time, healing all party members for 20% of their total health while damaging hostile units for considerable damage and blinding them temporarily.

Yeah, so I kinda changed up some of the colours in my sprite and added ears and a tail. Also, it's female, so this is probably a sign that I'm getting gender confused and the--

Ignore that, just give me some feedback on how I did with the sprite modification. By the way, I'm not quite sure what my purpose really is in the game. I think as a skinner, I'll just be responsible for changing the appearance of attacks and some items I guess.

Also, pchan you have a triangle on the bottom left corner of your image.

Just here to give my Escape From a Sliderball cutscene, for the lulz when in a cave. I don't know if this can be made, just throwing ideas.

Basically, the team enters a cave and sees a sign reading

Then they pay no heed and travel deeper. Suddenly, they hear a sound like Normal-sliderwhistle, and a sliderball starts rolling towards them. Cue Yakety Sax.
They escape, and when the ball finally stops when it slams into a wall, it makes a Normal-hitfinish sound.

* #forest

And now i just gotta make #mountains and #mountainsPeak and make the events there.
After that i can check everything and release a demo.

I liek to hax my own game.
How did i kill Dimka and Jarby twice and Cyclone and BD 4 times.

How's this little guy for a LuigiHann? At least they have my hair and my sunglasses, and my floppy-sleeved coat.

LuigiHann would run an odd shop where you'd purchase skins for the game interface :P

Edit: I just noticed that Kitsunemimi is listed in the first post as a skinner character as well. Perhaps we could be two clerks with different specialties, sharing the same shot. I dunno. In any event, I've created an "old man" version of my sprite, to better fit the idea that I have been around forever.


Perhaps every character who was around in the days of "osu! RPG" could make reference to those events as if they really happened decades ago

Just a Suggestion,You should add some special items like Mod Cards:

Hard Rock:

> Raises Attack by %6, wears off after the battle.

Hidden:

> Cloaks your character from harm for 2 turns.

Flashlight:

> Focuses enemy attacks on the user who uses it, lasts 2 turns.

Sudden Death:

> Cuts 50% of Defense, Increases Attack by 50%.

Fail Off:

> Cuts enemy accuracy by 25%, decreases a chance of critical hits.

Double Time

> Increases Speed by 20%, Lasts 2 Turns.

Half Time

> Slows enemy movement for 3 turns.

You can still hit things that are cloaked; cloaking is an optical illusion, not a transformation of matter. If anything, Hidden should make the character un-target-able for a duration.

Like I said to Teta already, I was thinking of Storyboard Transformations as skills.

Also...so tempted...to be a girl...but can't voice act as one.

Also, I think LuigiHann should be this skinner and Harris be someone else.

Skills: Nharox Symmetry Complex
Deals physical damage to all enemies. If enemy numbers are divisible by 2, deals 50% more damage but costs more SP

Go go.

Also it would be cool if you could add me as an item or something like that. Like an accessory "Mukku's Over Clock" referring to the fact that I map OC ReMixes :O

Ok. This isn't dead yet.
I'm just... lazy.

You guys can help me by making some lol sprites for the enemy battlers. With Jarto quality if possible.

Or giving me dungeons and puzzles ideas.

Or give me an idea for the cutscene the party meets Larto and Remmy. (It's the part i'm kind of stuck at.)

i finally read through the thread.
i don't know what you can do with RPG Maker, so i'm just throwing suggestions. if you can do it, you can do it. if you can't, you can't.

suggestion on plot (if not too late): Doomsday thought to be a good guy, but he "hacked", so being sent to #hell (i think this is how it was?). how about near the end, Teta learns that #hell has corrupted Doomsday all these years, and you have to fight him to show him the light or something?

my character.
i use cards to fight. small cards levitate in front of my face, attacks and stuff come out of attacks. cards also fly around body, able to physically damage opponent.

hmm... so good guy or bad guy?

As a good guy:
A NPC. as a MAT, i was kinda thinking of being a sort of "tester", to test the potential of Teta (going easy on Teta, of course). then, later in the game, i appear again, more powerful before, and challenges Teta again (with full power this time). maybe also test Rukarioman on the way, he beats me, i say he's good but he should be careful about the darkness in his heart or something?

As a bad guy:
A NPC. i come across Rukarioman somewhat late in the game, where he has lost against Teta for the 69th time or something. i have a grudge against Teta because [insert reason here], so i offer Rukarioman these cards of darkness that will make him more powerful. and, assuming that Teta goes into #hell to rescue Doomsday, i'm a guardian boss or something? if not, i mislead Teta to an ambush or something. so i guess i'd be an underling of Dimka or whoever the main bad guy is.
