Hello again guys! 4th skin here is a tribute to one of my gf's fave animes, Kantai Collection :3 there's already a lot of KanColle skins around either but we still hope you try this one out ^_^ Have fun once again guys! o/ also, the STD is highly inspired by Cookiezi skins :3 not new lol

That said,not bad,though I'm not too sure about the choice of fonts and whatnot.
