If you're mapping them as bass then they should be extended to the white ticks. If you're mapping them as the cymbal then it's confusing to play imo, since the primary sound is the bass They are mapped to the bass, but since it's intensity increases in the 2nd section (due to the add guitar sound) i decided to show that through LN length instead of just simply adding LNs.
00:03:534 (3534|2) - rearranging this to get this note onto the left hand could be nice It's meant to be on the same hand as the LN to make it more awkward to play (and for variation).

For the kiai, i suggest dont focus too much on the vocal, the vocal involve a lots of 1/4 which are not only hard to play but also player will have no idea what you are following. On the other hand the kick and clap are quit easy to follow, the trumpet on the background is also quite catchy. My suggestion imgimg you can easily see that the LN is for the trumpet and normal note for kick and clap the last double note is for the vocal.
Try not to spam too much 1/2 in this diff, as the the BPM is very high (268) Aww, i liked this section, but if it's too hard then it's too hard. Will rework it a bit.
