spinners mismatch plz help

hi, I'm a newbie mapper.
just wondering why i can't match spinner-background and spinner-metre.
here's the problem:

Spinner-background and spinner-metre must be same picture size for optimal working. Your spinner-background.png is very bigger than spinner-metre.png

Tips: use layer for calibrate spinner-metre and spinner-background, example:
