Hello! I've found a few of errors in the lyrics in the SB and I would really like to see they will get fixed before the map will be being in qualified section for several days / getting ranked as is!
00:50:714 - need "て" in the end of the lyrics here

the pre-chorus, slow part and chorus is in the middle.
only the sentences in the chrous and this one 01:24:560 - (because the change in feeling) are divided.
now the placements of the lyrics should be more consistent.

As you can guess one can not think carefully about staying decorous and thus the girl was focused on easing her landing (and posing).
I believe that the artist wanted to express insouciance, placidity and indifference to the fact that she is falling, not her sexuality. The observed panties are just a consequence of the falling, and a realistic way to show actuality.
Now let's analyze the used attributes on the art - there is no plushies or school-esque uniform. There are no school desks or blackboards either, so we can state that the place is not a school.
I can not determine the actual place but this is most likely some fictional art. The picture itself contains artistic, scientific-educational and cultural value.
