And YES, I have never played EBA before. Still it doesn't change my opinion 'bout this map.
PS: look in the dictionary what "newbie" means, if you're going to continue this "discussion". Playing skill doesn't play big role if map is weak.

Well, looking at this month's chart, it seems he tried to pick different maps so that everyone would have at least a few maps they'd like.
I don't think it would be possible to pick 18 maps everyone would love, considering the different preferences in our community.

I don't rate the songs, I rate the maps. E.g. "Ritsuen!!" by happy30 is very solid work, although it's techno which personally I dislike. Also, I like SteRRuM's diff on "God is a Girl" song that is techno, too. I agree, some songs are catchy even when they are outside of music genres I prefer, but if I don't like both map and song, there is dual fail, IMO.Bass-chan wrote:

The winner of the chart is the one with the greatest total score on all the month's chosen beatmaps, similar to how the overall ranking is based on the total score from all ranked maps.
