00:48:465 (1) - Start 1/2 earlier? Sounds better IMO
01:06:065 (1,1) - The spinner isn't very long, so this note is very hard to hit because it's far away from the center and comes right after the spinner.

For a 1 minute map you don't really need the break
Remove countdown on every difficulty (doesn't fit at all)
I would say go steal the combo bursts from my map but I only have donkey kong and diddy kong so you would have to find Dixie
(need sb of bee's flying across the screen, too bad I fail at sbing :P)
I don't like any of the difficulties having a note at 00:27:265

128 kbps? Could you maybe find a better mp3 if you can? Would be totally awesome.
Parrot_Chute_Panic.png is rather small and looks really stretched. Maybe find a better BG for this IMO.

01:06:065 (1) - such a rather short spinner for the easiest diff? IMO beginners would be confused

The low hitsounds in the beginnig really bother me. In the easier diff they weren't so problematic because you could still hear the sliderslide and the tick most of the time but here there are no sliders at all, and it's easy to get out of rythm if you can't hear any sounds.

It would be neat if you had some kind of custom hitsound to this.
Most of the song it's only 2 sounds and when the other default sounds dosn't work here it would be neat with some kind of hitsounds like in Hot-Head Bop

I find the hitsounds I used neat... the normal clap goes well with the noisy drum, and the soft whistles and normals match pretty well the rest.

its nice making your own rhythm~ but for me, its not that "dynamic" (not sure of the term, as i dont really speak english)
I think you can do better in making own rhythm~ maybe add whistles or something custom just to spice up the rhythm~
Not going to make a comment on circle placement and stuffs like that, i.e. "add more circols plz gogogogo u nub"
Its OK as it is, but you might regret it after ranking~

at the start of this song your hitsound volume is abit TOO low, rather then both sounding good together, the music is completely overpowering your hitsounds

00:45:265 (1) - to flow to the music better this needs to end on 00:48:065 - it suits ending on the high tone better, then start the next spinner on the following red tick

(suggestion) 00:52:065 (1,2,3,4) - this looks REALLY odd, dunno it just feeling like (4) is falling to (1) in a very ugly way, maybe like this insted?
01:13:665 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - tbh i feel for a easy the flow of this pattern work better if you remove (4) , its fine as it is i guess, but it feels abit too much like a normal pattern atm :/

00:38:465 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - why here have you made the spacing smaller to overlap, when ALL of the map before it has this same kinda timing and feel yet the spacing does not over lap, as it is it kinda breaks the flow and looks wrong, i do advise to give this the same spacing as the combos before it, also the same for these times

this map seems to have a crisis on what spacing it wants as its main spacing xD

[Overall]

Volume is seriously too low at the begin of the song on every difficulty. You should increase it for make it listenable, because right now it is totally confusing to me.

That's all, everything looks on order other than that. I'll rank when you're done with it.

EDIT: After some IRC fixes on Hard about the volume of the green lines/sections...
