Same chimes are ignored on this slider 00:11:416 (2) - and 00:14:749 (2) - .. which seems weird to me since chimes are the "irregular" sounds from main intro rhythm, easily discernable.
00:32:582 (7) - This slider is covering synth? sound at red tick, which is followed at 00:33:082 (8) - and 00:33:249 (9) - . Then at repeat you have sliderend at same sound but you map the next 2 same sounds with slider. Seemed pretty irregular to me when playing so I would give a try to rhythm and hitsounding like

If you do that change, might be wurf to hitsound 00:35:582 (7) - and 00:36:917 (7) - Slider end of 00:37:916 (7) - and 00:39:249 (7) - and finally note at 00:40:917 (7) - to claps too .
I feel like this 00:45:416 (1) - should be 2 notes instead to emphasize the squeaky sounds (violin? dunno).
This 00:47:249 (4) - note is irregular note in terms of rhythm and feels weird. Also mapping 2nd part 00:48:582 (7,8,9,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2) - calmer so it felt like outro, compared to start of kiai felt weird too. I didn't really notice any highlight or "peak" in song where such calm part would fit as outro. Feel like this kiai should be bit more unified in terms of object density / rhythm / difficulty choices because currently it felt very irregular.

You mapped this section 02:14:749 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - with mirror at 02:17:082 (8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - But on 02:15:249 (7) - you have normal slightly curved slider and on matching 02:19:249 (7) - slider you instead map heavily curved slider which isn't part of "mirrored" part at 02:13:416 (1) - . Would see benefit in maintaining symmetry/consistency in aesthetic style too.
Not fan of flow to these 02:25:416 (3) - and 02:32:082 (3) - sliders. Rest of that section follows circular flow like 02:26:082 (1,2,3) - 02:30:082 (1,2,3) - . I see pattern of mirroring here again so that "end" and "start" of section are similar but that doesn't apply to 02:32:082 (3) - slider because on first case 02:25:082 (2) - points towards start of slider while 02:31:749 (2) - points more to slider.

03:06:749 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3) - 3rd repeat of of rhythm on song but there are less objects to play. Feel like streams would fit for consistency.
03:53:749 (1,2,3) - Section around here right after streamy bit is using different hitsound set from earlier similar 01:57:082 (4) - section (in song), where you used bamboo style hitsounds. Feel like considering using bamboo style hitsounds on this section until 04:00:082 (1) - might be worthwhile.
04:00:082 (1) - Speaking of next section, soundscape on song is on creepy side and it is reflected on map... but hitsounds used are from normal bland set. Might be worth to give this section some love by adding custom hitsounds for this.
Just a thought but since creepy theme is back on outro and song keeps getting more chilling, it could be reflected on map either by aesthetics or hitsounds (or both) to make ending, well, a bit more interesting.
