your storyboard bg images look way too compressed, most of them are filled with jpeg artifacts and it hurts the sb quality overall a lot
you still have a lot of filesize to work with so just get them in better quality it won't be hard to find them and use less compression when converting to jpg
difficulty settings see a little overdone to me
ar 9 od8.3-8.5 would probably be nicer to play in contrast to difficulty of the whole map
and 9.2 also kills the slower parts a bit
