I don't understand how no one has pointed out that with your custom histoudns disabled, there are several notes all over the map that are practically silent. I literally refuse to play this otherwise great map (fanzhen's extra) unless that gets fixed.
I'm not going to try and play seriously on fanzhen's diff or rank on it since I can't even hear what I'm doing.
Examples: 00:33:035 (3) - this is inaudible practically even WITH custom hitsounds enabled.
I understand it adds "aural aesthetics" to make silent things like this but every single high ranking player I've talked to, even without asking them, says "yeah I can't play it the hitsounds are inaudible"
I feel like this should be very seriously looked at and considered to be fixed. Please consider that I guarantee you 70% of players will play with hitsounds disabled, and even if they didn't it's still way too quiet.
Consider why there's only one score with Hidden on the difficulty even with the old scores before the DQ. There's nothing to see OR hear!
TL;DR: I don't care what kind of DJ Fanzhen stuff you do, I think it's cool and it's a novelty to play with, but impossible to time with for a ranked map. With hitsounds disabled, you either need a significantly higher hitsound Volume and/or you need to add back normal hitsounds on top of yours. The toggle is there for a reason and in this diff its practically unplayable.
EDIT: Ok so I looked a bit more into it and it seems even with hitsounds disabled, the note above and any other note referencing normal-hitnormal98.wav still plays that hitsound instead of your skins hitsound. This sound you used is NOT a valid hitsound for that note, you need to add back a normal sound on top of it. The sound is like a 1.5 sec delayed whoosh, not playable.
