00:05:887 (5,1,2,3) - I'm not too sure what to make of this pattern. 1,2,3 use the same spacing as 00:05:887 (5,1) despite being a different snap and it throws you off at first when transitioning (tho it's also acceptable the way it is because reasons). I do think the low spacing for 1/2 beats is kinda meh

also remember to revert back the NC patterning as discussed on discord ;)

@kisses i redid some of my nc'ing to make it clear when the snapping changes from 1/2 to 1/1 - this is then introduced by the pattern you brought up, so that issue is resolved hopefully.

  1. Spacing inconsistencies in this map can throw off a lot of players (it's only a 3.6* map). You can try to NC stuff to make things easier to read, but sometimes it forces NCs on places that doesn't match the music, like you did at 00:20:601 (1) - when the NC should be on the next note.
  2. 00:11:744 (1,2,3,4) - ^
  3. Seeing how 00:16:029 (1,2,3,4) - is part of the same pattern as 00:13:744 (1,2,3,4) - & 00:14:887 (1,2,3,4) - but the vocals are completely different on 00:16:029 (1,2,3,4) - , so i think the pattern should differ there.
  4. 00:18:029 (2,3,4,5,1) - hard to play for a 3.6*
As far as map spread goes, Easy diff should have lower star rating.
Other than that, other diffs looks fine

    So you have the Romanized artist but the original song features their names in JP, so you might wanna fix that:
    葦原巧(CV:前野智昭) 仁科葵(CV:花江夏樹) 宮坂真也(CV:鳥海浩輔)
    The Romanized title is currently “Kimi Iro Smile” I’m pretty sure you need to double check that since I’m not familiar with the rule about mixing Romanized words with foreign languages since at first glance the title rominized would be “Sumairu”
  2. You should the Japanese name of the show , ルームメイト , in the tags since you’re using “RoomMate” as the source.
  3. Would be great that the map density went along with the song more often, especially in terms of taking advantages of the 1/1 pauses it contains on vocal to help new players out, such as 00:17:458 - ~ 00:18:029 - /00:04:029 - ~ 00:04:601 - . If the spread is currently good, this definitely can improve that specially if applied in the easy and normal diffs.

  2. Making the same pattern and rhythm 00:18:029 (4,5,6,7,1) - cover instrumentals only section 00:18:029 (4,5) – and vocal+instrumentals 00:18:314 (6,7,1) – seems to make the pattern loose the representation it could have. My suggestion is that you keep the circle to vocals there and change this 00:18:029 (4,5) – into a slider.

  2. Finish spam is good for emphasis, but if your finishes all sound the same 00:08:744 (4,1,2,1) – the transition one 00:09:458 (1) – has some emphasis lost. Imo that finish hitsound patterning works a ton better if you use two different samples of cymbal crash.
  3. That spacing tho 00:19:601 (4,5,6,7,1) - , didn’t know you liked to map hard to read patterns.

However in this case 00:20:315 (7,1,2) – you already are in the slow down section once again and spacing were kept the same or you can even say that it has increased at some points 00:19:029 (2,3,4) -, and you have 3 consecutive 1/4 00:19:601 (4,5,6) – to break it here afterwards 00:20:315 (7,1) -. Consider re-working this a bit

  4. 00:18:029 (2,3,4,5,1) - hard to play for a 3.6* if i remove everything that's hard to play fr 3.6 star then it won't be 3.6 stars loool
As far as map spread goes, Easy diff should have lower star rating.

00:06:315 (1,2) - I don't think this is a nice idea, they are 1/1 they need to be spaced out. no. this is the entire concept of the map, i do it consistently: every time there's a wide angle + NC, the rhythm gap is 1/1. the vocals slow down every time, so there's no reason for the cursor not to. i did my best to make it consistent and readable, and anything further is just making the map more boring and generic, and screwing up my concept.
