[General]

  1. Hi~ , you added op into tags, which is short for opening I suppose, you should add opening too, because I don't think two letter words are searchable when you type it in, and its not a bad thing to have some extra tags. or you can just remove the op and add opening to the tags , oh and add couple to the tags while your at it
  2. Default clap works fine, but I think you should try this clap : http://puu.sh/2sdei , its a nice alternative to the fugly default clap your using , (JK) use it if you want .
  3. Please consider adding a light pinkish color, it goes really well with all the light combo colors you have in your map and goes well with the rose blossom petals in the bg
  4. You have skin elements in your map, nothing wrong with that, Just wanted to remind to make sure you have everything needed in the skin (I thought you need all these elements in order to actually put the skin in the map)
  5. You need to label who mapped what part of the song in the collab , You can either create a lyric SB ( Label it in the map directly in playing) or you can do the latter , and label it in Creator Words (The Little Text Box you can put stuff in when you submit) , Putting it in creator words is much easier.
[Easy]

  1. The claps in the start of the song don't really fit to be honest, It'd be better if you replace it with whistles because they sound better to me generally and don't sound terribly abusive with the music and they are a nice calm start to this relaxing song.
  2. 00:05:686 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5) - What I mean by the above is that there shouldn't be any claps in all these parts rather use whistle
  3. 00:22:124 (1) - Don't worry about so much about if an hitsound starts in the progress of the slider, You can just add a sound to the tick, seriously if you want to do this then you should copy your current clap sound for the map and rename the copied file to "soft-slidetick2", Just go to timing section and add a hitsound line (green line) and go to SC2: and the slider tick sound will be that, just revert back once the "clap" sound you wanted for that tick is done.
  4. 00:25:412 (1) - You have room to make this slider note blanket the previous note, so you should do it, if you don't get what I mean heres a visual : http://puu.sh/2sedg , as you can see the note blankets the previous note and makes it look slightly cleaner , please when you have the chance to blanket, blanket some notes, but do not abuse it please.
  5. 00:28:288 (5) - Finish doesn't really give the note the feeling here, Finishes are intended to strengthen already strong beats and are not suppose to be really heard, they are suppose to mix with the music sound in a way, The normal hitfinish would fit here way better , since it does just that. But if you want you can just remove the finish all together.
  6. 00:36:919 (2) - Please try this shape : http://puu.sh/2selL , Your current slider shape seems randomly shaped and not very nice looking,

  8. 00:56:645 (1) - For these strong beats, you can add whistle, because finishes on all these beats (there are many) can get very noisy and whistle is a nice substitute for finish in this case,

  3. 00:21:919 (4) - On this whole combo / pattern you were trying to make an X like jump, meaning note 1 in combo moved diagonal to note 2, but you didn't do it for note 3 and 4 , note 3 doesn't jump diagonally to note 4, i'd suggest you do that to make this whole pattern work with , reposition it so it works, here how : http://puu.sh/2sjdY P.S the current position for note 4 doesn't look good either
  4. 00:25:412 (1) - Making this curve slider kinda ruins the pattern, I think your trying to make the pattern appeal more than the slider, because your trying to form a triangle with these sliders and making them face away from each other correct?, If so it's best to just make this slider straight, so the pattern can be more shown overall and be more simple and nice , Like this http://puu.sh/2sjlu

  3. 00:44:932 (1) - What the poof is up with this, this slider should be moved to the next white tick, (In fact if you did this the jump to this note would actually feel pretty nice because there a real strong beat in the white tick)
  4. 01:11:028 (6) - Flip this slider vertically, it'll make an mirror image of this whole pattern , which seems to be better anyway (why can't I say it just looks nicer lol)
  5. 01:11:439 (1) - Another major jump in the map , please reduce spacing so its around 2.00 QAQ
  6. 01:13:083 (2) - The reverse is kinda hidden by comboburst by this note : 01:12:672 (5) - , anyways its not good idea to do this because it can be possibly hard to see the reverse and make gameplay really bad
  7. 01:21:302 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - I'd recommend not to make a jump on this section / part because its suppose to be the calm -relaxing part, telling players to slowdown and take it easy , and the jumps don't help
  8. 00:12:261 (4) - Oh and make this note be blanketed by previous slider too please
  9. 00:58:494 (3) - Just reposition this please e_e
  10. I don't want to be too nitpicky here, but this diff is good (better than the rest lol)

Map needs more improvement.

Hi Zhengster.

This is a relatively long mod and in fact, it's incomplete. However, before we can move on to other things such as flow and combo colors we need to get the beat placement down. Below contains a mod of mostly beat placement changes. It's kind of long but very important. Please go through it. Nothing is mandatory but I highly suggest following most of it. You have a good understanding of mapping already -- this is a very solid first map. Anyways, this is for the Insane.

00:07:329 (1) - this slider shouldn't be 1/1. the note at 00:07:535 needs to be stressed or else the player won't feel the vocals (likewise,they won't "hit" the note).

00:07:946 (2) - You don't want to end a slider on a beat that is heavier than the beginning. It doesn't play or listen as well as it would if the white-tick was stressed properly. More importantly, there isn't really anything on the red tick, other than the bass.

Here is a screenshot of how the beats should be layed out

00:38:151 (4) - The downbeat should be stressed properly -- ending a repeat slider doesn't do it any justice

00:44:932 (5,1) - The slider *needs* to start where (5) is instead. I realize that you wanted to map the drums here like you were doing but the vocals are way stronger at this point. So yeah, you'll want to switch these two elements around.

00:48:014 (4) - same as 00:38:151 (4)

00:49:453 (3,4,5,6,1) - I'm not liking this slider placement -- it's common to put 1/4 notes after a slider like this but it doesn't play as well as it could. Remove the slider and replace it with hit circles instead to allow for a smoother transition into the drum roll.

00:54:590 (5) - Rememeber what I was talking about earlier? Same thing applies here too, except there's an easy fix. Shorten the slider by 1/4 and put a hit circle on the downbeat.

00:57:877 (5) - Same as 00:38:151 (4)

00:59:932 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - This whole section should be reworked. Having 1-beat sliders at 00:59:932 and 01:00:754 would follow the music much better. See this screenshot of the timeline: http://puu.sh/3adIg.jpg

01:02:706 (6) - Remove this 1/4. It doesn't follow the music very well.\

01:03:014 (1) - Similar to the other sliders ending on downbeats, this should be changed. Instead, replace the start with a hit circle and make a 1-beat slider starting on the downbeat. That way it follows both the percussion and the vocals effectively.

fixed all and made changes beyond the mod, including a slower slider velocity and rearranging some objects so that the jumps aren't quite so large. Thanks for the helpful mod ^__^
