A: Structure
This tournament will be done in scorev2. You must be playing osu! on Stable (Latest), Beta or Cutting Edge.
HD, FL and FI mods are allowed.
B: Team Formation
Teams must consist of 5 players and no more than 10 players.
All members of the team must have a flag from South East Asian countries.
Team names are to be decided without any hate speech or English profanity.
Players must not own multiaccounts unless the silence of multiaccounting has been set and done on the main account. This is to ensure multiaccounts do not play in the league.
C1: Match Timings and Issues
The room name format is as follows: SEAL: (Home Team) vs (Away Team). This format applies to all matches excluding Qualifiers.
If a player does not report to the match on time, he/she will be given an additional 10 minutes to the match time. Any later and the match will begin.
Failure to put out at least 4 players into a match is a WBD to the opponent. Subsequent cases of this happening may lead to a clear disqualification from the league. We advice you to give this tournament a good thought as disqualifications can be led to blacklist.
Rescheduling a match will be made possible 1 day before the match (where staff and opponent team have been informed and confirmed).
C2: Disconnections in-game
If a player disconnects within:
If a player fails in:
If a player violates osu! Rules or behaves in an intolerable manner, the staff is allowed to to terminate the match and freeze at the current score, disqualify the player from the match, or disqualify the player (or team if there are more than 1 players violating osu! The host is also allowed to kick any staff member if he/she violates osu! Rules or behaves in an intolerable manner.

The league will be split into 2 halves, the first half is when a team has battled every other team once, and the second half is when a team finishes battling every other team twice.
Matches played in all halves will be a Best Of 11 / Best To 6.
F: QUALIFIERS
