Try making one? There are a lot of tutorials on youtube.

The skinning forum is for sharing original skins. Do not upload other peoples work without permission. If you're going to upload a mixed skin, you must be able to provide permission within 24 hours of submitting or your thread will be moved to the wasteland.
Skins must not contain any NSFW elements. Skins found with such content will be removed straight away.
When you are posting your skin, please include screenshots showing what you skin looks like. It will help people decide it they want to try it or not.
If you need somewhere to upload your skin, there are many place to upload to like mediafire, dropbox or puush. Or if you wish, you could upload to http://skins.ppy.sh
Please don't request any skins.
If you see someone using a nice skin on youtube, twitch or somewhere else, please don't ask here, instead ask the person who uploaded the video or was streaming the video
If you have any skin questions or need skinning help, check out MLGnom's Skinning Tutorial thread, there will be someone there who can help you, and you may even learn something new.
