If you're an experienced Taiko mapper/modder/player interested in joining the Honorable Mentions panel for Aspire 2017, toss a post in this thread and I'll keep you in mind.
You'll be asked to talk on voice in a stream feature similar to the first Aspire contest, so please only apply if you're comfortable with speaking out loud for at least a little bit. 99% of the judging otherwise is done via text in spreadsheets and a Discord channel.
