You can't do stuff like 00:59:444 to change the hitsounds. If the player hits early the note placed there, it will have the previous hitsound (Normal, in this case). Move 1/4 eariler all your Non-Kiai-Related timing sections, so that the hitsound changes are ok.

Normal? I'm not sure, this one feels like a hard. Too many 1/2 notes. I think you pushed yourself too much in this diff. It doesn't feel natural at all.
My hitsound suggestons would take forever here, so I'll just point out what I felt its mandatory.
00:26:851 (1,2,3..,6) - Look at 00:23:888's combo. It follow exactly the same notes, and yet, this one is hitsounded ina different way.

01:48:332 (1) - Covered by the hitburst from the spinner, could you try rotating this combo a bit? any rotation is fine so that this note is not right in the center after the spinner makes it harder to see.
00:57:221 (2) - This slider curve looks way too forced imo, can u make it smoother?

00:20:925 (2) - You might as well make this a linear slider, the way your waypoints are set up i dont see any reason for them to be even there.
00:22:962 (8) - Could be better, try moving the middle waypoint 1 grid up and 1 grid left? looks better imo.
00:24:259 (3) - Once again it could look better, imma once again show you what i mean by this, if you arrange the waypoints like so:
The slider curve is drawn in a more prettier manner rather than seem like its going to curve but doesnt curve at all, or barely.
00:25:740 (6) - Could look better might as well make linear or take one of the millions of suggestions i've told you to make theese sliders better.
00:27:222 (3) - For this slider you might be able to do the same as on 00:24:259 (3) and make it more curvy like.
00:28:703 (6) - Same comment as for 00:25:740 (6) and once again you should be able to find out by now the rest of theese sliders so i'll leave you with just theese examples.
00:34:259 (4) - Could look better as a mirror of 00:33:518 (3)
00:43:518 (4) - Might as well move the middle waypoint to the right and make it linear, or might as well just remove the waypoint and make it linear too, im leaning towards the 2nd option.
00:47:592 (1) - The arrange of theese waypoints makes it play awkward i suggest you remove the 2nd and 2nd to last waypoints and then put the waypoints outside of the slider for a wavy feel like so:
01:24:629 (5) - If possible try to make this slider follow the same curve the notes follow if not you can always reverse the order of the notes so you can make them and the slider curve match up better, like so:
This however would lead you to have to rearrange the notes afterwards, so it's up to you.
01:26:110 (1,2,3,4) - ^ might as well do the same as before actually making all of theese and the previous ones match up would make it look lots better.
01:27:592 (1) - Once again you can make a better wavy feel on this one like on: 00:47:592 (1)
01:32:036 (1) - The slider is partially overlapping the followup notes, you could make it curve in such a way that it doesnt happen, or do the same thing i suggested before.

[Easy]
Many of the suggestions for sliders i mentioned in the other diffs apply here, better yet you dont need to have so many waypoints to make an slider curve, i've learned from experience that overdoing waypoints will make it uglier as well. Like for example: 00:10:555 (4) the 2nd to last waypoint could go away, and the curve would be better.
00:19:814 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Theese looks very ugly, you could try the going around the outline of the center note that i mentioned a few times before.
00:37:222 (5) - This is the "somewhat of a curve" sliders i hate, you should be able to make a better curve here and then rearrange 00:38:703 (1) and 00:39:444 (2) accordingly to make it fit this new curve so they dont overlap
00:47:592 (1) - Too many waypoints really, i've showed u in the other diffs how to fix theese wavy sliders to make them look better.
00:50:555 (1) - Too many waypoints, try to reduce them and make the slider curve be less strict at the start like for example:
00:53:518 (1) - Try to make the curve be as smooth on the whole slider, instead of starting to harsh, then being very passive like i mentioned in the previous slider.
00:56:110 (5,1) - I hate repeating myself but once again, theese might as well be linear or you can curve them way more.
01:25:370 (5) - Why does this slider even curve down... and so abruptly?, i'd say keep it linear like the previous ones.

Listen to the song at 00:38:703. When you have the melody playing the long not followed by a short one that is lower like that, it'd feel more natural to start a slider on the longer note and do a normal hit on the short note. Try to listen to the song a little more and see what you can match up to the song to give the player a better feeling of playing the song instead of just play random rhythms on top of some music.
Edit: After a quick chat in IRC to clear things up, it plays much better. Good job! Star~

Please remember that these are only suggestions and ideas. Major issues are marked in bold.

General:
(nazi) Make audio lead-in 2000ms ? (open the .osu for that)
You only have around 40 seconds left to map... why didn't you map it ?
01:23:055 - I think it sounds better if you lower the hitsounds for this section

Easy:
01:02:407 (1) - Spacing issue - (1) is too far from the previous slider.

Normal:
The stacks, long 1/2 streams and confusing patterns make this too hard for a Normal. Consider renaming to Hard. If not, in general, use less stacks, and:
00:11:296 (1,2,2,3,4) - This for example: the first stack is a 1/1 stack. It's already hard for new players - even if they're not that new - to get the rhythm right, but if right after you make a 1/2 stack, they will be completely confused and won't know how to hit stacks anymore - and there are many, too many stacks in the diff.
00:26:851 (1) - too close to previous object ? you should at least move it to the bottom so the spacing is less confusing - for new or somewhat new players
00:29:814 (1) - ^
00:37:592 (6) - delete it so the stream is easier to play ?
00:49:073 (4) - ^

The only stacks you should keep in my opinion are 00:00:185 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3) - and 01:48:333 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3) -
00:15:370 (3) - This circle is not spaced properly between (2) and (4), use alt+shift to re-space it please
00:43:518 (5) - isn't this one too far from (4) ?
01:05:925 (4) - This slider is completely hidden by the previous one that hasn't faded away yet: there's no way to guess it's a repeat slider, please move it elsewhere where it's more visible.
01:39:259 (4) - I understand this jump but it doesn't play really well, it's unexpected

Around 25% (Almost 40% if you follow one of my suggestion below) of the mp3 is unused, I suggest you cut it a bit more as the ones you aren't using is just a second loop

I think it makes far more sense to end the map at 01:46:851 or 01:42:407, mapping the first part in a song but not the rest is quite odd.

I don't think this is the kind of song that should use kiai time..

Mapping wise, this feels far more like an Normal imo.

Otherwise, quite solid difficulty.
