Cant install skins?

Skins are not showing up in the game and are not in folders like many guides, help a noob out!

The link doesnt lead me anywhere. are you on a mac, because then it is a little more confusing. If you are on windows, you should just be able to download the skin, double click the file, and osu will automatically open up with the skin installed and selected
