Im not sure how to explain this more than the title. Just a feature to be able to see all your/others number 1's on the country leaderboards. Maybe under the top ranks there would be a box to open that would show them. : )

I mean thats its similar to how you see you first place ranks in this website

It's already in-game, you can see it when they're in-game with "online users". Use the filter.
And you need supporter to see them in beatmap leaderboard.

I think the website leaderboard is enough.
