Osu 16-9 Skin question (shige seould 16-9)

Hello guys, so i downloaded a new skin for osu, its the skin that shigetora uses and i really like it.

Im playing fullscreen, but the skin makes it, so that you have like this window where you are playing, so not fullscreen. I guess its the 16-9 resolution thing.

But isnt that like cheating because the jumps and everything are getting smaller?

Also does it affect the sensitivity in any way? because i feel like i have shittier aim with this skin.

Changing the screen resolution doesn't change the gameplay. There is a distinguished play area and that doesn't change no matter what resolution you use so no it is not cheating and it does not make the game any easier or harder. It also does not change or effect your sensitivity. Everything stays the same except your screen size
