I started the osu!memories project as a fun 4K and 7K project amongst some of my osu! friends. Now that SakiZ has released osu!favorites, I feel like it is time to not just limit myself to just osu!mania.
This time, I am asking everyone, even you, to help contribute and join this project. This will be a multi-mode collaboration project, so that means osu!standard, osu!taiko, osu!catch and osu!mania. All you have to do, is join the osu!favorites server.
FAQ
Q: Which part will I be getting?
A: This is done on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once I have gotten enough mappers and I have split the song into different parts, all mappers get a chance to pick one part. Over time, since there will be parts not taken, mappers will have a chance to take 2 parts, then 3 and so on, until no vacant parts remain.
Q: Can I be a noob mapper to join?
A: Unfortunately, I will monitor and check whether your mapping skill is good or not. This is to make sure that the progress of the collaboration does not get delayed by new mappers. Hence, I recommend that you must have some experience in mapping. Either having some kudosus or ranked maps are fine, or if you have neither, prove to me you can map good and I (or we) can consider.
Q: When is the deadline to join the collab?
A: Until I say so. I aim to have each collab be around the maximum of 10-12 mappers, and a minimum of 4.
Q: Will this get Loved?
A: This is aiming to get Loved. Under supernatural circumstances, I may aim this for ranked. Idk
