4. The rest of the map is kind of just sliders pointing opposite of where you want the player to go with no apparent structure other than DS and rhythm. I'm not a huge fan of this diff but it does the job. (Maybe redesign some of the sliders to guide the players, though?)

2. 00:09:570 (1,2,3,4,1) - Flow to the 1 slider seems super awkward for a hard. I'd expect the slider to be in the bottom left or bottom center part of the screen, yet its top center. To be honest, even on a Hard, I don't think this is really nice for players just because it's not super intuitive.
3. 00:12:162 (4) - Rotate this a bit to better flow into the next pattern? (And to get the DS between them closer to 1.4-1.5)
4. The biggest issue I see in this upcoming section is that the double 1/2s look similar to the slider end to triple (00:24:014 (5,6,1,2,3) - look similar basically). This could cause some major readability issues if one isn't super familiar with the song or with the difficulty level, so see if you can brainstorm some alternatives to this issue throughout the map.
5. 00:35:311 (2,3,4) - Why is this the only unstacked triple in the entire map?
6. 00:56:977 (1,2,3,4) - Structure these, it'll feel nicer and less random.
7. 01:02:903 (1,2,3,4) - Tidy 'em up.
8. 01:27:348 (4,5) - Why not delete the 5 and make the 4 a repeat? The second "cha" sound isn't really intense or anything.

It annoys me through most of the map and I don't really feel like its worth making an entire list of them, so overall I'd just say standardize the spacing on them (make it more consistent) and try to give them a general sense of flow (as in if one's behind a slider, make the rest behind a slider, if one's kind of where the slider would continue to head, make the rest where the slider would continue to head, don't make it constantly switch to wherever you want them to be).
3. The doubles also feel weird? with the kicks because I don't know. The actual stand alone doubles (without the kicks) play fine so maybe consider only leaving the kicks where they make sense musically? As in, change 00:29:570 (4) - 00:31:051 (4) - 00:35:496 (4) - 00:36:977 (4) - to just circles.
4. 00:47:162 (2,3) - This reads as a double as all stacks until this point (and after) have been doubles.

There's nothing confusing at 00:43:644 (1,2,3) since the head of each slider is the only one near the end of the previous one. For 00:45:125 (3,4,1) maybe the player could click them out of order, but that's kind of unlikely since moving from (3) to (1) would be really awkward, and there is a new combo to show the start of the next phrase, so it wouldn't make sense for the player to click (1) before (4). As for flow there, I tried various arrangements, but this one is the most relevant to the music as it separates (4) for emphasis and gives nice flow into (1). I don't see why 00:46:607 (1,2) is a "blegh" pattern.

Reading the rhythm isn't just about the spacing. The context (previous sliders being 3/4) hints that (1,2) are 3/4 snapped, and the start of the next combo draws the player's attention to show change in rhythm.
