Mix and match from the skin folder to your liking?
You can either do it manually, or... request some sort of area in osu! where you can drag and drop sound/graphic samples to create your own skin.
That's actually pretty neat, but it's very possible to do this manually by C&Ping to a new folder from the current skins.
