Enjoyed the new halloween map, the horseman is a great feature. I wanna get a surprise present!
I think you have to KILL it with that melee attack. That's how I got it.NoHItter wrote:
Also, whenever I try to hit the horseman as scout and then run away, I don't get my metal when he's dead. >.>

Is that Ye Old Baker Boy vintage?
2. I hit the horseman with my bat once, then ran off and started peppering him with my gun. I still got the metal. :/LunaticMara wrote:

Maybe you need to be one of the people that kills him, regardless of what weapon.
To get the Horseless Headless Horsemann's Haunted Metal, you have to have hit The Horseless Headless Horsemann with at least one melee attack and survive until The Horseless Headless Horsemann dies. If you die before The Horseless Headless Horsemann does, simply hit him again with a melee attack and survive. Upon the death of The Horseless Headless Horsemann you will earn the achievement and the Unusual Haunted Scrap Metal will drop for you. (Note that this can sometimes unlock through hitting the Horsemann and quickly accepting a trading invite upon death; if the Horsemann dies whilst you're trading, it should unlock)Yeah, I guess.
You craft stuff with it.Mashley wrote:

I typed Qwackers and got a guy that was online a year ago. Did a little more searching, found you. I'm Jinxy1205 / Actually_Lucky1205, but I don't think a game is possible...0_o wrote:

Unfortunately I don't think I can afford the amount playtime I'd probably have to rack up to get all nine due to school and stuff
you need to purchase one game on steam ...Gens wrote:

It'll attract the free2play games crowd. That's pretty much the only complaint I can come up with.adam2046 wrote:
I don't see why people seem to have a problem with it going free...
I'm sorry, did all your playtime and the time you spent owning the game suddenly magically disappear?NoHItter wrote:
I spent my $20.00 for a game which turns out free in the end.
Even if you say that all the free hat is worth $5, and all my items I got are worth $10, I still have a $5.00 deficit.
At least what valve can do is refund at least one dollar, or at least give away a key or something.
Yeah, figured yesterday I should find out the reason by clicking the "Visit Steam Support for more information" link.zsr123 wrote:

The answer is no, no it didn't.
If you get a cupcake one day for 2 bucks, but the next day cupcakes are free and you can't have any because you already had your cupcake (But they gave you some sprinkles for free).
Do you complain? Do you want your money back? No, you had your damn cupcake and it was good.
People who complain about other people getting things for free are the worst kinds of people. Right after Hitler.
Buy a random dirtcheap Steam deal! And get your wallet ready for the inevitable summersale while you're at it.Gens wrote:

Someone gift me something!
Why would that happen? Valve didn't make any direct money from an update, only from the Mann.co sales that might've followed from those updates. And now that even more people are playing, they will make even more money that way.NoHItter wrote:

I'm also worried that the updates won't be as common anymore.
