I am using the SameSkinButNoRingHitCirclesWeirdName, skin, I know there should be a voice that plays whenever I start a song but it never plays. Can anyone help me out? The sound I am referring to can be found inside the skin folder named, "readys."

you have to drag the sound into the main skin folder. The skin won't detect any elements that are inside of folders in the skin.
yup. As soon as you have this sound file, does it play in this beatmap? The most new maps don't allow to count at the beginning of a map.

No no, the "readys" sound file is clearly within the skin. Along with all the other sounds like applause and soft-hitwhistle.wwwww_ wrote:

It plays in my case. Make sure you have the skin's sound samples in your options enabled!
