After re-checking you have an unused file .osb, you should remove it.

EDIT: The file .osb seems to doesn't leave the folder, it's fine anyway. Bubbled~

No. As much as I like this song, it's not fit for ranking just yet.

For one, the preview time is near the end of the song. No.

The hitsound volume is too soft, it's unbearable. You've got a x2 part and when the ending part gets louder and louder, you still have soft hitsounds. I disapprove this.

For a song that talks about how humanity desires to be more powerful and dominant against each other, this map doesn't show and have a feel for it. Hence, not fit for ranking.

After all, ranking is about making a good quality map of a song.

The kiai at 02:28:891 should be moved to 02:29:102.

I don't like how some sliders overlap each other at the edges [e.g. 02:18:961 (1,2)]
00:31:426 (1) - This part sounds weird. I would suggest moving it 1/2 back to 00:31:215.
01:07:975 (x) - IMO would be better if the break started after this note. (It's also consistent with the other breaks if you add a note)
01:34:172 (2) - Timing section that changes volume should be put 1/4 back.
01:35:017 (1) - It changes volume but adds kiai too. Add another section 1/4 back that only changes the volume back to full.
