why not use grid level 3 to map? i can see there's lots of spacing are not equal because of grid level 1...(for example: [Handlebar], 00:46:003 (1,2,1), or [Microphone] 00:39:243 (1,2,3)... i won't point out spacing problems because i think you have to respace the notes T T. Those issues are really small. But let's hear some other opinions.

Try to use grid level 2 or 3?1 may cause some spacing mistakes in some cases X, i checked it. Just looks weird and really doesn't matter (Using Grid Level 3 only fixes by 1 tick)
