wut's with the artist name xd
general
Diff names looks awkward as you are using SDVX naming for the first 2 (though BASIC isn't really a SDVX difficulty name) and the last 3 with iidx naming.
ANOTHER!!!!
00:00:697 - ~ 00:02:092 - The SVs here aren't very recommendable.
First of all, you snapped the first SV point wrongly, I don't think there is a particular reason to snap your inherited line to 1/16. Simply 00:00:697 - will do.
Secondly, the SVs do not add up to 1x. Rather, they create a small speedup from 00:00:697 - ~ 00:01:743 - and a HUGE speedup from 00:01:743 - ~ 00:02:092 - .
Thirdly, you put two SV lines on 00:01:627 - .-.
Lastly, it is inconsistent as the last SV section is MUCH greater than the previous few.
I recommend that you tweak the SV values to be more readable, and more rankable (use values that averages to 1x (unless you have a particular reason not to), snap them to the snaps the notes are on, and remove duplicate SV points)
Here are 2 suggestions for SVs in case you wish to have some reference (while keeping similar values)
00:04:417 - ~ 00:05:813 - Similarly to this part
00:36:976 - ~ 00:37:673 - ^but in different snaps
Also, since you've put SVs on every synth lead, you might as well add some at 00:03:952 - ~ 00:04:417 - as well.
00:06:162 - ~ 00:07:208 - I personally find the sudden change from double short notes to single long notes somewhat awkward. Since you've been using SVs for the synths, perhaps it is a better option to change your single long notes into double short notes, and add progressively decreasing SVs in magnitude.
00:08:603 - You missed a piano sound here.
00:09:999 (9999|0,10464|0) - I feel that it is weird to suddenly shorten the LN lengths, considering that you have mapped all piano sounds with one 1/2 long note and one short note. This applies to all 1/4 piano LNs later in the map (I am not pointing all of them out.)
00:10:231 (10231|1,10696|1) - What do these notes represent? I cannot hear anything other than vocals here. If they are vocal notes (and the short notes next to the 1/2 piano notes are vocal notes), you have to map all vocal syllables that you have missed (eg. 00:07:906 - 00:09:766 - 00:11:859 -. There are more but I am not going to find all of them for you)
On a note, do note that vocal mapping is not very common in mania and is often discouraged. Keep in mind that vocal mapping can make it harder to rank your map (though it isn't impossible)
00:37:906 - ~ 00:44:417 - I am not sure if there are supposed to be a 1/4 stream here as I cannot discern anything that seems to be constantly 1/4. The synths do seem to be coming out on a few 1/4 snaps here and there but they don't seem to be constant. You might want to listen to this part on 25% or 50% playback to confirm. This applies to all other 1/4 sections in the map.
00:38:371 (38371|2,38603|2,38836|2,39069|2,39301|2) - Anchors as long as there are often discouraged as they pointlessly drain the players' stamina.
00:39:766 (39766|1,39999|1,40231|1,40464|1,40696|1) - & 00:41:162 (41162|0,41394|0,41627|0,41859|0,42092|0,42324|0,42557|0) - The same as above, please do try to avoid anchors if you don't have a particular reason to use anchors. The same applies to all other anchors in the map.
00:52:324 (52324|3) - What is this LN for?
01:00:231 - ~ I personally think that the section that starts here can be better if you mapped the synth leads as well.
01:14:534 (74534|1,74650|1) - This jack seems awkward as there is nothing particularly special here to emphasize, nor have you been using jacks often in this map.
01:17:557 (77557|2,77615|3,77673|2,77731|3,77790|2) - This trill is probably not very playable. It creates a sudden spike in difficulty.
01:21:162 (81162|3,81220|2,81278|3,81336|2,81394|1,81452|0,81510|1) - The same goes for this, and all other 1/8 hihat bursts. Considering the overall difficulty of this map, I think that it's a lot more fair to simply use 1/8 rolls with no doubles interrupting it as it'll create an overly difficult section all of a sudden.
01:29:301 (89301|1,89417|1) - 01:29:999 (89999|3,90115|3) - 01:30:929 (90929|1,91045|1) - etc - I highly discourage these jacks as there are absolutely nothing special at those places to justify a jack. If you do wish to include jacks in your map, I recommend that you create a new difficulty with jacks as its base pattern instead of randomly nudging jacks in the middle of a trill/stream based map.
01:39:301 (99301|0,99417|1,99534|0,99650|1,99766|0,99883|1,99999|0,100115|1,100231|0,100348|1) - This trill probably isn't a very good idea for similar reasons to anchors.

Good luck on ranking.
