So, I've been playing osu for a little while now. I play mouse-only (mainly because I don't have the money to buy a tablet, and because I can't be bothered configurating keyboard settings or.. I don't really know, I just jumped straight into playing, and figured that since I started with mouse only, I'd may as well stick with it), and I'm working my way through.. maybe 3+ star songs, and 4 on a good day?

Welcome to the forums! The keyboard is already set up for you to ply with z and x, not work needed. I suggest that at least give it a try. It made the game a lot more fun for me when I finally figured that out
