Depends if I can freely travel/teleport back. If I can teleport back and forth at will to that location, it would be another inhabited planet in the universe, otherwise probably japan.

When I was probably 6-7, I was cycling fast, on a rough and wet surface. My bike lost grip and I was thrown to the ground at great speed. I was tangled with the bike, but somehow only escaped with scars, particularly my lower legs which were covered in them and has since faded.
That or spraining both my ankles while playing badminton due to bad footing.
