Random Black Lines at bottem and top of Spinner?

Im currently using an edited version of Angelsim's skin and for some strange reason, there are random black lines on the spinner:

I haven't touched any of the spinner's files. The skin's version is 2.2. I checked all the skin files related to the spinner and i cant seem to see any problem, none of them have black lines in them. The black lines only appear when a spinner appears. Anyone know how to remove them?

Open your Skin.ini in the skin folder and check this:

SpinnerFadePlayfield: 1 change to 0
