Here's the video. I get about -7371 for the video offset.

I've done another fix though.

Breezin:a kiai time should either start at 00:34:390 or on 00:35:251 if you prefer it on a note and should end at 00:47:692. since this is breezin, remove note at 00:58:155. a 2nd kiai time should start at either 01:14:388 or 01:14:794 if you prefer it on a note and should end at 01:32:072. in my opinion no breezin or easy map should have notes like 01:43:963-01:44:169 so if you agree replace those kinda notes with a slider. an exception is 02:07:016 as that would look wierd with a slider. a 3rd kiai time should either start at 02:11:955 or at 02:12:263 if you prefer it on a note and should end at 02:31:270. the following notes should be removed because this is breezin: 02:22:434, 02:24:078,02:27:365,02:29:009. the following notes should stack on top of the slider that comes after them: 02:31:681, 02:33:324, 02:36:612, 02:38:244.

these are suggestions on how i think the map can be bettered. you are free to disagree. i love the other ones though.

On a more serious note, I think beginners will be able to play 1/2 notes at 140bpm. It's NOT THAT HARD JEEZ.

Using the return key makes it MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH more pleasant to read things. You wouldn't want to read a huge block of text. Maybe you should learn to use it more often. Just saying.

Sorry if I sounded rude. Some of the points just felt like you were scraping the barrel for things to point out.

Are the rhythmic breaks supposed to be so terribly inconsistent between the difficulties? It's fine with me if you want to create some kind of authentic athmosphere stuff, just wondering if that is intended or not. Because it doesn't really look all that intended.

Inconsistent breaks were hardly a problem at all and the map would've been fine either way, there you go.
