The density of your pattern is really strong. You don't give players time to breathe sometimes. That's a major spike on the difficulty level and spread you are going for. You used a lot of 1/2 beat patterns that will be tricky for beginners to play. This is mostly because you strongly followed the vocals. In an Easy difficulty you especially need to be careful with those and only add them where they are 100% descernible for beginners in order to play them. 01:24:461 (1,2,3,4) - is one of them for example. It changes between 1/2 and 1/1 a lot. It recommended to stick with mostly 1/1 unless it's a part of the song where you can't escape using a 1/2 pattern or when the song specifically asks for it. Try to ease down such patterns. I'll give you a few examples below. You can change it to however you like but keep the advice in mind that I told you.

You have a lot of spacing variations. I don't agree with that because sometimes it makes your patterns look untidy. A bit more consistency would be nice. 00:37:461 (4,1,2) - 1,37, 1,27, 1,23 etc Adjust this throughout the difficulty where necessary.

Overall your patterns are clustered, especially on your Insane. You tend to enclose patterns so most elements lead to one point and mostly have a circular motion. - Your spread settings between E & N and H & I are good but there is a big gap on some settings between N & H. You should fix this. Especially the OD and the AR.
- At 642ms should be your offset. You put it to where the song hasn't even started yet. That's the first beat. The rest is just noisy intro. Plus: The new offset is more accurate than the one you have right now so you will have to move your SB elements, timing points and objects. To move the SB elements go to design tab and then "design > move all elements in time". To move the offset of the timing points, select all timing points except the one for the timing of the song and enter the amount you want to change it for on the left, then press move http://puu.sh/rzVq7/265e093c77.png
- Your beatmap folder exceeds 10MB in size (it's almost 20MB) which is a lot considering you don't have a video. You might want to crop some image files, as you have a lot of those, and readjust your coding on the SB. Your SB files make almost 9 MB alone.
- You still have a lot of high SB loads for SEVERAL seconds that will 100% cause some issues while playing your beatmap for user that don't have a strong PC. You need to polish your SB up more. You sometimes have extremely large images with a lot of transparency for transitions between pictures that cause these. Namely from 00:24:628 - 00:28:461 - (way above 8x most of the time, which is really a lot, this will cause a huge lag spike. Players will not enjoy this.) 00:44:961 - to 00:47:128 - . Anything above longer than a maximum of 2 seconds of higher SB load than 5x you will HAVE to fix in order for it to be rankable. Otherwise a lot of players will not be able to play your beatmap with the SB cus it affects the gameplay negatively.
It's mostly the transitions. Try to reduce the transparency amount on these. Like I already told you, you should optimise your SB by deleting unncecessary and less important images as well as deleting these redundant codes to make it rankable. However, you should keep the original FULL SB including the osb. file that is the full version too somewhere to make it available as external download for whoever wants it. This way you will make it possible for people to decide whether or not their PC can cope with the full SB. Your SB will not be lost and it will also fix this issue.
Either way, you will have to figure something out to fix this. This is just a suggestion on one option I can offer you, which I find is best for you. - In addition to the above, another issue that might cause troubles WITH the big SB is the KIAI time. It's more than 1/3 of your beatmap which may cause even more lag spikes depending on the player's PC stats. You might want to reduce that too at parts that are less exciting, like here 01:39:294 - after the chorus or 02:00:628 - to 02:21:961 - but 1/3 is a lot.
- Your Grey combo colours are not very well chosen for this part 00:45:961 - as they partially blend with the SB images. Those are my recommendations:

Whether you accept these recommendations or not, you will have to find a different colour combination other than grey.
Combo5 : 0,0,160 - You spread is a bit unbalanced. Your E-N is 0,5 difference but N-H and H-I is both 1,5. The gap between N-H could be nerfed a bit to make the spread overall more balanced. Your Normal is fairly easy compared to the Hard difficulty gameplay-wise.

Rhythm & Pattern: - 01:22:461 (4,5,6,1) - That's really hard to play due to the amounts of circles. Try replacing 01:22:128 (3,4) - or 01:23:128 (6,1) - with a slider to make it less hard and more suitable for this difficulty level. Same here 03:16:794 (4,5,6,7,1) -
- 01:53:628 (2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6) - That's another long streak of elements in a row that can be hard to play for new players. Add a small pause to let the player breathe. I'd suggest removing 01:56:794 (4,5) - as they are quite challenging anyways and extend 01:56:294 (3) - to 01:56:961 -. It will perfeclty emphasise the drums and suits this difficulty level more. It will also decrease the hardness and length of the pattern and make it more fluent to play.
- 02:12:794 (3,4,5,1) - Another difficult to play pattern for this difficulty level. Even more, since you changed from mapping to vocal to mapping to drums and vocal and then starting off with a harder pattern. If you want to keep this exact rhythm, try replacing 02:13:794 (5,1) - OR 02:13:961 (1,2) - with a slider. It will be more fluent and easier to successfully play. Additionally, it will make the change from vocal to drum more clear.
- 03:46:461 (3) - Remove this slider. It's a bit too much for the last part of the song that's supposed to be less filled with patterns. It's hard to play this rhythm as the melody is veeeery faint. Especially on this difficulty level.
Spacing: - 01:56:294 (3,4) - Spacing issue that is unrankable for this difficulty level.

- 00:23:628 (2,3,4) - That looks just weird and messy and it's also incorrect spacing. If you listen closely, the volume doesn't change. You should polish this up a bit
- 02:20:961 (5,6,7) - Strongly suggest to NOT make such stream jumps in an Insane difficulty like this. It's a linear map with no other stream jumps except this one and its more commonly used in Extras. Consistent spacing would be more appropriate.

- Great SB that needs more fixing. Plenty of unrankable issues that need addressing, especially in the General section. Rhythmically, the mapset is pretty good so are the hitsounds. Some jumps don't make sense and spacing could be a bit more consistent. Other than that, the mapset is nice
