From my Catch the Beat queue, first standard only mod in a while.

General
Change Romanised title from FLAMBE! -> FLAMBEE!
Same as when you change romanised Pokémon to Pokemon, not Pokmon
Kiai shouldn't be used during a build up. Use it either at 00:26:055 (1) - or 01:12:102 (1) - or both, your choice.

Easy
AR/HP 2 is quite low even for an easy diff, you could consider changing them to 3.

00:27:450 (3) - Slider ends at (-5,86) change this so it ends in the grid.
00:29:892 (2,3) - Can improve flow by moving these up a little.
00:34:427 (1,2,1) - Just a minor complaint, but these two could be symmetrical around (2) to look nicer.
00:38:264 (2) - Could be higher to match flow
00:43:148 (1) - Move lower, flow.
00:53:962 (1) - You could add a few more weird sliders like this for this part.
01:12:102 (1) - This could be too far from the previous spinner.

Normal
CS jump from 2 -> 3.5 is a bit high, would go down to 3 but your choice.

00:13:846 (4,5,6) - 4/6 are closer to each other compared to 4/5 and 5/6, make an equalateral triangle for map symmetry
01:16:636 (4,5,6) - ^
00:33:730 (4,2) - End of (4) does not line up with end of (2)
00:40:706 (2,3,4) - Straight lines like this aren't that common in modern mapping...
00:43:846 (2) - You can align the end of this slider with 00:42:102 (5) -

I'm not sure...I don't see anything in the ranking criteria relating to this. Even though the slider end is off-grid, it's still fully onscreen in play mode... But if you insist, will see what others think... Updated mod reply.

You seem to map a spinner at the end for both diffs, where there should be other notes. Maybe map this part then add a slider afterwards.

[Easy]
00:06:520 (3) - You go from NC every 4th stanza here, to NC every 2nd stanza after the first four notes. I suggest keeping it consistent and NC this note.
00:24:660 (2) - For this slider, ctrl + v this 00:23:264 (1) - and replace (2) with it.
00:23:264 (1,2,1) - For these three, the DS seems to be changing, which is not recommended in an easy, maybe just re-position these with the same DS as before.
00:28:846 (1) - ctrl + v this slider and paste over 00:30:241 (3) - , like this http://puu.sh/s74oR.jpg You'll need to ctrl+h, j, and g also.
00:46:288 (2) - Why not blanket this around the head of (1), like so http://puu.sh/s74uS.jpg Just ctrl +h, j, and g and it should be the right shape

Suggestion: You can Ctrl+A check your map, all objects concentrate at center, some corner of this map are empty, especially top-left corner, you can adjust some part of it or remap 1 or 2 parts to move objects to that corner to avoid this problem ( actually, it's not a big deal )

Your samples can't be different at the same time;

Red point is normal but inherented is drum. Fix it in both diffs.
Disable widescreen support on normal diff
You’re using kiai on the slow/bridge part of the music while the rest is way more alive and strong. Consider removing kiai from the mapset imo.

Easy]

00:09:311 (1,2,3) – the movement here breaks the linear motion you intended. If you check the slider end and after 00:10:706 (2) – and then the 3 slider head you’ll see a triangle. That idea is valid but I’m not sure about using it in the easy diff. Seems flow breaking. You can see that it’s different from this blanket idea here 00:12:102 (1,2,3) – where the movement is more linear wise.
This also breaks flow 00:24:660 (2,1) – instead of keep going with the flow it returns. In this case however the music might justify it, but make sure to keep eyes on this spot.
This shape for easy 00:53:962 (1,1) – is mostly not accepted. I do see the intention of expressing the different musical sounds in the kiai. But this shape would also work while keeping it clean http://puu.sh/s96Rw.jpg . Remember this diff is for new players.

01:07:916 (1) - I don't think this spinner would be necessary. If 01:05:125 (1,2) - is mapped, when you can start the spinner at 01:05:125 (1) - , then why not continue mapping until the end?

Please note for whistles, don't have it on the slider body unless it really holds, if not place it only on the slider heads, right now it gets rather deafening.
Also the finishes don't really coincide with the song and its cymbals, I would like you to reconsider your finishes right now.

In the Insane, 01:25:009 (2) - could rotate more clockwise in regards to 01:24:660 (1) - the shift between them is still pretty stiff.
Also the generalization of rhythm at 00:05:125 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) - and 00:21:869 (1,2,3,4) - is just eh, the doubles of the song is pretty strong but it doesn't exactly match up with the objects. It's just being left out right now

In Easy, you have 00:41:404 (3) - which ends on the start of the next phrase, which you could have avoided if you did not have that repeat slider. Now it could have been used instead at 00:40:009 (1) - where it has the repeating bass guitar at 00:40:009 and 00:40:706
Also look out for your NC, it's inconsistent

Oh yeah and in regards to the contribution part, I also find it that you're barely scrapping past Emilia in that regard, maybe not even. You're probably going to do the hitsounds, so that's a section of contribution you hold, and you hold 2 difficulties, the same number as Emilia. But you are doing the 2 lowest and least dense ones, while he is doing the 2 highest and most dense ones. If you see it as just difficulties then sure, it stand pretty equal, but then doing equal when they are the lowest then even I would find it a little awkward to be the one hosting the mapset. If you can solidly show that you contribute the most here then ok.
Just my thoughts on that

i kinda agree with you, though i'd say if my difficulty had no hitsounds it wouldnt be able to rank at all. i would say that looking at stuff by the rules difficulties will be considered by difficulties and not note density, maybe i'll consult other BNs on this

There is no way you can get away with 4.5 to a 6.
There has to be a 5 star Extra somewhere here.
I'll be happy to make that
