SB is nice, but I don't like the choppy movement of the radar, I think it'd be nicer smooth or more obviously choppy. Also, why not get rid of radarth1ing.png and just colour radarthing.png green?
Also, Maybe skin the spinner to a spinning radar?

White hitcircles are ugly, make a pale grey or green

Hard

00:33:006 (1) - A bit unpredictable don't you think? I really suggest making this a slider with the last single note.
01:29:256 (1) - A bit more predictable since the same beat (above) appeared in the previous chorus.
02:14:725 (1,2) - Could you at least make this first set of 1/3 notes a slider so that the subsequent ones are more predictable/easier? (fyi I was 100ing these on Hard/Insane)

01:18:163 (4) - expected this to start on the previous 1/3 tick (and lengthened)
01:20:038 (3) - the lyrics make the whistle on this sound awkward
