Can you please use a different color for the spinner approach circle? The white on white blends in and it's hard to tell when the spinner is going to finish.
Same applies to the spinnercircle. Can't see it except on the edges.
Section-pass and section-fail look really low quality - think you could find higher quality images to use?

I had to study those two over and over in Editor to get them down. You may want to consider trying to make them easier to read, though if you have others play test it fine, then chalk it up to crappy skill. :P

This skin is horrible. If you don't want to delete it, delete it. And if you really don't want to delete it, PM me for a recheck and I'll make a rant post about everything wrong with it. At the very least make the spinner and spinner approachcircle visible and get rid of the cursor as it's really hard to get used to.

I can't continue modding this, I'm sorry. Get rid of all the pointless jumps and I'll consider rechecking. It's 180 bpm, random spurts of double spacing isn't really acceptable

just leave it here... well, the only thing i could tell is you don't like this style, ok then.
for the "meaningless jumps", *sigh. listen to the song several times more, if you want.

I see you used some of my skin elements, Umm, I guess I give some suggestion for skin as well as a normal mod (If I can)

Skin;
- Umm, the logo in the circles should be gray or a scale of gray, therefore it would blend when the color you choose for the circle (in the game) and it won't look bad.
- That ^ or use this colors
Combo1 : 159,222,255
Combo2 : 62,158,255
- Umm, pause-overlay, fail-BG don't fit, take them off.
- Fail-BG is too small, also of bad quality.
- Maybe for Fail-BG and for pause-overlay you can put the map BG but with blur ??
- You don't need a pause-background, is just a pause-overlay
- OH SHI- spinner set blinds me, with all the white and light blue ~ Ehh, delete the spinner circle, I can't see it spin the same with spinner approach circle, is way too white
- Make spinner circle, the circle with the logo that's on the spinner BG ??
- Have this, for spinner approach circle and spinner circle
- Add a shadow to the spinner set words ?? I can't see them very well when they appear
- Clean up the section pass and section fail, choose another section fail, the one you have is not good

I don't really feel like pointing out all the errors in the skin. ex. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/25131
I suggest removing it entirely. I find problems with just about everything but the hitcircle and overlay. If you want, I can point out all the errors though and give reasoning.

Why name a difficulty after yourself? It's your map. Just rename it to Insane. .. Unless Rin is also the name of one of the characters, but even then that seems silly.
Why set the Accuracy to 9 if the approach is 8? This seems an odd choice to me. Just because it's been seperated now doesn't mean you have to utilize this feature. The song IS 180 BPM, so OD9 can work for that BPM, but I don't think the difficulty of the map or tone of the song itself warrant it.
01:29:356 (1,2) - Remove (2), extend (1) by 1/4th. This is out of place to me.
01:34:689 (1) - Why toggle the Kiai here, but not in Normal?
01:43:856 (5) - Why toggle the Kiai here at all? I don't hear anything in the song that should cause this.
Some of your patterns were very confusing when playing with the included skin. Once I removed the skin/BG they were easy enough, but I think this just illustrates flaws in the skin.

This difficulty reminded me a lot of a Shinxyn map.

Probably a little hard for a Normal. Consider renaming.. I don't really like 'Normal+' though and it would be a somewhat easy Hard.

This is definitely a Normal. Rename this to Normal and rename your Normal to Hard. There are just too many notes and such a high BPM for it to be considered an Easy.
Again, not sure why a different OD and AR (Approach Rate) were used. I would just set them both to 2. 3 or 4 if you decide to rename to Normal.
01:14:690 (2) - Seems an out of place shape compared to all your other sliders.
01:59:356 (2) - Weird slider.

I don't really care for the fact this is a J-Pop song from a visual romance novel, but the map itself is good enough. Anyways, starred.

See, the reason it's not like that on yours is because you're probably using the default skin when you play. When you skin certain things like a spinner, or an HP Bar, you have to include the entire set of those elements. If you don't include everything, when someone uses a different skin, it causes skin conflicts since there are missing 'pieces'. To solve the HP Bar issue I screenshot'd you'd have to include a "scorebar-bg". (You could also force default skin, but I don't recommend this.)

Anyways, contact me at some point later if you want to keep the skin and I can help you with the skin in more detail if you'd like. Feel free to talk to others about what they think you should do.

Since I'm already here, just one more thing. You mentioned setting the OD to 9 to increase the score. You should always go for playability in a map. Like, what settings are best. It's nice to get a higher score from a map and all, but the only people that will be worried about not getting a lot of points are 'score whores' who just play maps to get points. You shouldn't worry about silly people like that, and just go for making your map as fun as possible.

Also, I'd really appreciate if the 300/100/50 images were in different colors. With fast map like this, it's impossible (at least for me) to notice if I get 300 or 100 when the images have exactly the same colors. I like the design, though. :3

00:59:023 (4) - add one repeat to this slider and it plays MUCH nicer
01:03:189 (1) - this newcombo makes this pattern very iratating to play for some reason, it playes much better if you remove the newcombo
01:04:523 (1) - again same

00:44:189 (9,10) - these notes timing and placement seem to follow nothing, and thus feel wrong, i advise a timing like this, but either way this REALLY needs fixing

00:46:689 (5) - newcombo, to break the verse from the chorus, looks VERY odd as it is
(suggestion) 00:55:023 (9) - newcombo, this combo just feels like it need to break up the lump after the vocals end
01:10:022 (5) - newcombo, due to vocals start here, it plays odd using the same combo for none vocals AND vocals
(suggestion) 01:32:689 (8) - newcombo, feels waaaay too long
01:42:689 (6,7,8) - OMG that horrid overlaps there ;_; please try to line these up better, it looks horrid as it is

i have problems understanding some of the looong combos in this diff

its just that out of time note part in hard what stops me from staring, as soon as that red criteria is fixed notify me and i will star this o/

Some of the hitsounds are not placed right on the your difficulty. But its not a big issue. :P

Normal:

00:35:689 (x, 1)-Maybe add a note there? so the player be thrown off? xD And create a distance snap on 1.
Something like this...
00:48:356 (4)-Add a clap on the end of that slider.

02:06:356 (4)-Add a clap.
