My friend's been complaining about him not being able to move osu to his second monitor on fuillscreen/borderless mode. I feel like it would be a nice feature to have an ingame option where you're able to chose what monitor you want Osu! to display on.

You can switch monitors by manually editing the configuration file (osu!.<pc username>.cfg) inside your osu! folder.
Set the value of Display to your desired monitor's number.

I thought you meant playing with multiple monitors simultaneously, I'm disappointed

If you have a 3 monitor setup with eyefinity/nvidia surround enabled, you can turn on letterboxing and move it to the desired monitor
