so, Moneto& co and who use the "cheat" for play in flashlight don't are cheaters (i don't say nothing about that because someone in staff asked me), they don't manipulate the osu client :0 , i think using 2 computer / monitors is unfair , or macros in taiko D: much players use it, but anyone care about ban or do other

i'm not accusing anyone, i think only, who all controlls this game need do something ..

I believe they did manipulate the osu! client... from what moneto said, he made the osu! window transparent. Also, he hacked the client so he could open 2 of it, so he did manipulate osu!, after all.

But using two computers to get 1,18x multiplier for free in Taiko is just as lame imo.

Uhh no.

2 clients can be opened using common sense on the same computer, no manipulation of the programming code itself, it is just an exploit of the way windows operating systems work.

Using a certain program to make one of the osu! windows transparent to play "through" it for osu! standard can be considered manipulation of the client however.

All that is done for taiko is to run the windows side by side, no manipulation. Besides, there is nothing to stop ANYONE recording an autoplay video and playing alongside that in a media player.

I have done neither of these things.

What you're doing may not be listed here, but seriously? Something like that obviously gives you an unfair advantage and kills the point of using hidden+flashlight in the first place, thus it shouldn't even need to be listed there (in my opinion at least)

Yeah, I still don't get how it is allowed...

Should what he does be allowed, let it benefit all of the players and not only the ones who can afford a second computer - get rid of hidden and flashlight mods in Taiko and increase the base score multiplier from 1,00 to 1,18x. Lol.

The client is not being manipulated. Making a copy of the client to play on the same computer, reading notes off the second client window, is not manipulation.

It can be considered the same as writing the notes down on a sheet of paper and playing off that, such as a pianist would play.

This is why I am saying that you cannot define this as cheating, it is merely a tactic.

You can't discriminate against people for having some common sense.

Are you seriously telling me to grow a pair because I'm complaining about an unfair advantage? Get off your high horse and realize that what you're doing is utterly unfair to anyone who plays the game normally. You will get flak for it from real players who use skill to hidden or flashlight and not double programs. You admit it, yes, that is good but doesn't make it any less lame. That guy joined 2 weeks ago. So far only 4 people have managed to FC that map, while 3 of them are inside the top 5 and considered to be among the best players. I haven't watched the replay but the map's quite popular so judging by the score list I'd say it's hard as fuck. That guy's just probably a multi...

He did play it 48 times... It's not like he did it on the first try or something. That would certainly be suspicious, seeing that he's only been here for 2 weeks.

Besides, Chinese are very good at gaming so I'm not surprised.

kanopu is not cheating hes just a very very good taiko player. Ive watched him many times, and ive seen no indication of him cheating. Ofcourse i can't say with 100% that he isn't but who can except for himself (and maybe peppy?) But i strongly believe he is not cheating.

Why there are both of my records displayed? #46 should be deleted.
I mean, it's not a big deal or anything; and I looked in the list of maps in which scores were reset and it isn't there so I don't know what the problem is. But still, others may have this kinda problems too. Not that they are necessarily problems ;)

yeah because you ask him in pm all the time. writing to him like you were in love. "you are so good" and stuff. i would say no to you aswell if it was me. and there might be other reasons for him saying no to be watched by a complete stranger just because one man thinks he cheats well lets it out at least. and making it a big deal. have some dignity.

The maps they played weren't that hard, they all just had a high score so it "could" be done

The replay is fine, but the score is glitched. u_u I was saying to fix that. If you're not supposed to report glitched scores here, then I guess I misposted.

Also if you look at his playcount, it's 163 but his ranked score is only 3 million, with 19 million total. If he did that awesome and has 163 gameplays, his total score shouldn't be that crappy and his ranked score shouldn't be that low.

Although in all fairness most of the maps he plays are fairly easy, except for the Armageddon which is certainly not legit [or at least, from a D to an SS in the same day?]

And he got an SS in his second try on that map! That's absolutely cheat.

Yeah, that's got to be a hack. He's the only one with 311 combo and everybody else has 246.

If you use HalfTime in Taiko, the drumrolls double in their numbers, gifting the player more potential scores.

Also, the redundant scores seem to be a glitch in the system, since it has been happening a lot to many different players these days. They are not a way of cheating.

Finally, taiko records where #1's max combo exceeds the max combo of the song are not hacks but a glitch in the system also. Check the replays and you'll see the replay is fine.

Why has nothing been done about this yet? I showed this ages ago and his score is still there. If you look at the replay you can see that he misses almost all notes but he still somehow uploaded an SS score, probably injected something in the score uploader or something. Do the mods even read this thread? Why bother posting if nothing is ever done?

oh, cool. So scores from players like cookiezi, osuplayer and doomsday can be easily beaten by 3-weekers, just like he did in Superstar. At this rate, our little buddy might even do Chocobo with DT by the end of 2010.

I've watched his replay on Love & Roll, he hit those triplets on time, and it doesn't look like a newbie's play at all. Perhaps he is an experienced player, wanted to experiment with some kind of macro/other types of cheat. That score needs to be purged in my opinion.

crowzen2 : It's because of the level reset long ago I think, while all levels being reset to 0 at that moment. Nothing wrong, some players not playing anymore after that level reset (example : Saturos) and keeping their level 0 status while attaining high ranks.

A CTB beginner can FC “Raijin no Hidariude”with hide mod？ he only use 9PC.I'm sure that is his main id.
he maybe a cheater or some pro CTB player use his id to play it.
